the room was new-fashioned and had private bathroom plus an electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware. we were in a stunning and great location next to reef, the beach, and extra activities such as glass bottom boat, snorkelling trips, sailing trips and jetskis.

The room is reasonably priced. It is in stunning location to Lovers Cove Public Beach, set so close to the hotel. Also, it's a short walk to downtown.

Gorgeous day spa, great dining, easy access to day trips, water sports, pools and bars. The weather although predicted to be horrid was fantastic and we relaxed so easily.

Easy check in and late check out. Poolside bar and great pool. Location just off the main aquarium and the work the island does to restore the reef. Also, in beautiful gardens with a lovely living coral reef.

Friendly atmosphere, island with many facilities, plenty of activities and facilities available.
Bad weather for the 3 days we were there, but some alternative activities were available to make up for the lack of outdoor activities. Choice of food is slightly limited as it's a small island and the few restaurants alternate on which days they open.

We ate at a lovely restaurant for dinner which was such a treat. Yoghourt and eggs served for breakfast were good! The location was lovely and incredible, relatively close to Open Air Cinema.

The location and grounds are beautiful. We had two dinners at Mermaids and both were outstanding!!!!! The staff was friendly and the snorkeling at Lover's Cove was well beyond our expectations.
Some of the facility looked worn and old, mainly the mini golf area. The food is a little expensive but that is to be expected due to the location. The one thing that really bothered us was the cost of a beer. 7.50 each.

The peace and quite and the amazing views. The wildlife was a great surprise and the staff were excellent.
The food was cold in the Waterfalls breakfast and the range could have been larger, with no poached eggs, eggs benedict, salmon and meats. The fish bowl menu was small and again we had 2 cold meals here. Some of the staff contradicted themselves in not knowing what was going on, and giving incorrect information. I am a keen fisherman and was told I could not fish on the Island, when we got there I was told I could, but had left my fishing gear on the mainland due to what I was told. Some of the staff did not know what venue was hosting the meals at night time.

For a small island there was plenty to occupy a family! Resort staff friendly.
Facilities are looking tired and need a complete makeover. Cost of drinks at the resort were expensive and limited bookings availabe at dinner time to eat at resort. Only alternative was at the other end of the island - considering the resort was not that busy at the time other alternatives should be available . Room was clean but in need of updating. Watch out for speeding golf buggies run by staff!

The location was good.
The whole resort was really badly managed with very little attention to the little details that can make a vactaion enjoyable and memorable for the right reasons. There was no evidence of a mid or senior level management representative being on site for the entire 9 days we were there. Facilities were poorly maintained - one cue between two pool tables, one tennis court in complete disrepair with no maintenance happening, the other in very poor condition, spa pools frequently out of service, breakfast coffee machine out of order, computer out of order etc. Complaints were generally answered by staff saying that an external company based on the mainland was responsible for servicing a specific appliance and they could do nothing about it themselves. Prices for meals and in the gift shop were extortionate. The place needs a major refurbishment and new, motivated management.

The hotel offered beautiful views of the
Ocean, made our mornings special. The kids loved the aquarium and outdoor activities, but the dining options were limited, leading to repetitive meals. Staff were friendly, but the service lagged during busy times.

Family with children will love it!
My kid was thrilled watching the kangaroos munching grass just outside our room, priceless!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, though, but you get what you pay for.
